Prohibited content on Jossylad.com

The list below and the definitions in it will be revised when necessary. When they are revised, the revision will be announced in a notice on Jossylad.com. Jossylad.com's user-account-holders may also be informed by email. And the list will always carry the date of the latest revision.

The following are prohibited on the website, inclusive of AdsFair, the website's classifieds feature, where applicable.

1. Hate speech: Speech, writing or behaviour that attacks or uses pejorative or discriminatory language with reference to a person or a group based on their religion, ethnicity, nationality, race, skin colour, descent, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or psychological or mental disability, or other identity factor.
2. Threat: A statement that one is going to or might hurt or punish someone.
3. Falsehood: An untrue claim. Including, e.g., untrue statement about oneself, such as a false name.
4. Fake profile photo: A profile photo that is neither a photo of the account holder nor a photo that includes the account holder.
5. Copyright infringement
6. Photo/image or video that reveals the genitalia
7. Illegal prostitution; sex trafficking
8. Scam: A fraud; a swindle. Including a person registered on Jossylad.com asking another person registered on Jossylad.com for their password; or a person registered on Jossylad.com asking for money or valuables, outside of Help!, from another person registered on Jossylad.com who they have not met in person.
9. Spam: A duplicated post, duplicated comment on a post, duplicated refutation of a post, or an ad duplicated in a city.
10. Non-help-request (on the help requests page).: A post that is on the help requests page but is not a help request.
11. Non-help-offer (on the help offers page).: A post that is on the help offers page but is not a help offer.

Furthermore, the following are prohibited on AdsFair, Jossylad.com's classifieds feature.

12. Item or service that is illegal, dangerous, misleading, or offensive.
13. Weapon, ammunition, or explosive.
14. Illegal, prescription, or recreational drug.
15. Unverified supplement.
16. Adult item or service.
17. Tobacco or related paraphernalia.
18. Non-ad (on an ads page).: A post that is on a page of classifieds but is not an ad.

Please report any of the above that you see on the website. There is a Report link below every profile, message, ad, help request, help offer, post, comment, and refutation. If a message, ad, help request, etc has its own scroll bar, scroll to the end of the message, ad, help request, etc to see the Report link. To report an ad on AdsFair, simply click the Report link at the bottom of the ad. To report a profile, message, help request, etc, please create a website account except you already have one, to facilitate documentation of the report.
